What you will do

• Perform inspection, design, rehabilitation, permitting, and construction oversight for bulkheads, piers, marine terminals, fendering, mooring systems, ferry landings, living shorelines, stone revetments, and port infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering deliverables including contract drawings, specifications, 3D models, cost estimates, permit applications, inspection reports, calculation packages, and operations manuals.
• Conduct structural, coastal, and geotechnical engineering design for concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures using applicable codes under supervision.
• Perform above-water and underwater survey, imaging, and mapping of berths and marine structures.
• Carry out above-water inspections of marine structures.

Requirements

• BS in civil, structural, geotechnical, or coastal engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0 to 2 years of structural, coastal, or geotechnical engineering experience.

Nice to have

• MS in civil, structural, geotechnical, or coastal engineering.
