What you will do

• Develop and own quality strategies for features and releases, balancing manual and automated testing based on risk and complexity.
• Partner with developers in scrum teams to influence design and testability from the start of each sprint.
• Build and maintain automated test coverage across API, UI, and integration layers.
• Contribute to CI/CD quality gates to ensure reliable and actionable signals on every build.
• Analyze production defects and escapes to identify root causes and recommend systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Enablement to incorporate real-world customer scenarios and edge cases into test coverage.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• 8 or more years of quality engineering experience owning quality outcomes across the full development lifecycle.
• Proven experience with embedded or shift-left models, influencing code quality before testing.
• Solid automation engineering skills (API, UI, and integration testing).
• Experience owning or contributing to CI/CD quality integration and pipeline health.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating quality risks to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC, FedRAMP, or NIST frameworks in regulated industries.
• Background in enterprise SaaS companies with multi-tenant complexity.
• Experience with performance and load testing under enterprise scale conditions.
• Familiarity with security testing practices and secure software development.
• Experience building quality visibility through dashboards and metrics.
