Solution Advisor (GRC)

TL;DR

Solution Advisor (GRC): Drive platform adoption and deliver customer outcomes in security, risk, and compliance using hirify.global’s CCM technology with an accent on post-sales onboarding, solution workshops, and platform configuration. Focus on developing prescriptive strategies, ecosystem integrations, customer training, and technical support for RFPs and expansions.

Fully remote (US) with option to be based in Boston, Knoxville, or DC area offices. Must be US Citizen, subject to background check and unannounced drug testing. Up to 25% travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Provide post-sales onboarding to ensure production readiness and long-term adoption.
• Lead workshops to identify requirements and develop strategies addressing customer needs.
• Configure and demonstrate the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with partners on integrations and digitizing frameworks.
• Deliver customer training and capture feedback for product enhancements.
• Support Customer Success and Sales with utilization, expansions, and technical responses to inquiries/RFPs.

Requirements

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of at least one GRC framework (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, NIST CSF).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort in dynamic, technical startup environment.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS products, deployment, and cloud technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• US Citizen; Bachelor’s +4 years or Master’s +3 years experience in compliance, cybersecurity, GRC SaaS, or related roles.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity/GRC certifications.
• Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting, APIs, or automation.
