What you will do

• Drive long-term technical vision for Web Platform quality, reliability, performance, testability, and security.
• Design platform-level quality capabilities including testing frameworks, observability standards, and CI/CD tooling.
• Act as technical leader: identify gaps, implement high-leverage improvements, and measure outcomes in reliability and standards.
• Define, implement, and evolve SLIs/SLOs aligned with user experience and business priorities.
• Coach and mentor engineers, raise engineering bar, and partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and optimize end-to-end testing strategies for faster, confident production releases.

Requirements

• 6+ years software development experience
• 3+ years JavaScript or TypeScript development
• 3+ years with React, AngularJS, or VueJS frameworks
• 4+ years in product-focused company
• Collaborative team player
• English fluency

Nice to have

• Prior experience with SLIs/SLOs for web performance and reliability
• Strong end-to-end testing best practices and framework optimization
• T-shaped skills in quality, observability, platform, and web engineering
• Experience with web extensions and monitoring challenges
