Salary: $224,000 - $280,000

What you will do

• Lead the design, build, and shipment of the first patient-facing iOS application.
• Establish hirify.global’s approach to mobile engineering by defining architecture, development, testing, and release best practices.
• Write production code and set up essential tooling and processes.
• Partner with engineering, product, design, and data leaders to ensure a best-in-class mobile experience.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders, helping to set the overall technical direction.
• Collaborate with clinicians, legal, and compliance partners to translate complex domain needs into performant applications.

Requirements

• Extensive real-world experience building iOS applications.
• Proven track record of defining release and testing processes.
• Experience driving technical vision and strategy at the organizational level via design documents and planning.
• Ability to lead major technical initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams.
• Capacity to thrive in ambiguity and a systems-thinking approach to product development.
• Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

• Current or past experience with full stack web development.
• Experience leveraging AI coding tools in a professional workflow.
