What you will do
- Lead the design, build, and shipment of the first patient-facing iOS application.
- Establish ’s approach to mobile engineering by defining architecture, development, testing, and release best practices.
- Write production code and set up essential tooling and processes.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and data leaders to ensure a best-in-class mobile experience.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders, helping to set the overall technical direction.
- Collaborate with clinicians, legal, and compliance partners to translate complex domain needs into performant applications.
Requirements
- Extensive real-world experience building iOS applications.
- Proven track record of defining release and testing processes.
- Experience driving technical vision and strategy at the organizational level via design documents and planning.
- Ability to lead major technical initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams.
- Capacity to thrive in ambiguity and a systems-thinking approach to product development.
- Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

- Current or past experience with full stack web development.
- Experience leveraging AI coding tools in a professional workflow.
