What you will do

• Audit test databases to identify key parameters suitable for Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Conduct feasibility studies on data cleanliness and sampling frequency for Shewhart charts.
• Build a prototype demo tool using Python, Streamlit, PowerBI, or Tableau to visualize test data.
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML models, such as Anomaly Detection and Time-Series Forecasting.
• Present a functional demo illustrating how the tool identifies "Special Cause" variations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib) or similar data processing and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of statistics, including Mean, Sigma, Cp/Cpk, and Control Limits.
• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot to accelerate research and coding.
• B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Hsinchu, Taiwan (Hybrid).
