What you will do

• Serve as primary liaison for customers, building long-term relationships via regular communication.
• Handle inquiries and concerns promptly with empathy to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed on products, features, and promotions to demonstrate value effectively.
• Drive revenue and sales opportunities in assigned accounts.
• Generate reports on customer data and analytics to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Be based in Cyprus.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch or French; fluency in English essential.
• Exceptional communication skills with empathy.
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environment with proactive outreach.
