Senior Software Engineer - Professional Services (Fullstack): Designing and building tailored production-grade solutions on the IrisX platform for construction companies with an accent on full-stack delivery across backend, frontend, and data engineering. Focus on accelerating customer onboarding and platform adoption by solving complex technical challenges and integrating diverse data streams.
Location: Hybrid (Denmark, Aalborg). Candidates are expected to be based in Denmark and visit the Aalborg hub in-person a few times a month.

What you will do
- Design and build tailored solutions on the IrisX platform from concept to production across backend, frontend, and data engineering.
- Work in a project-based delivery model, adapting quickly between different customer contexts and domains.
- Take end-to-end ownership of shipped software, ensuring high quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Accelerate customer onboarding and platform adoption by removing technical blockers.
- Collaborate with internal product and platform teams to align customer solutions with the IrisX roadmap.
- Engage with customers in a technical capacity to translate requirements into well-scoped solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-grade software.
- Deep expertise in at least one core area: Frontend (React, TypeScript), Backend (Java Spring Boot, Node.js), or Data Engineering (Python, SQL, Spark).
- Proficiency with Kafka, Flink, and modern cloud-based microservice/event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Databricks, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
- Ability to integrate AI tools into the engineering workflow to act as a force multiplier.
- Must be based in Denmark and able to work from the Aalborg hub periodically.
