What you will do

• Integrate related activities and sub-projects to deliver overall project scope and objectives.
• Define and manage project objectives, deliverables, and work breakdown structures based on stakeholder requirements.
• Develop, execute, and communicate project plans and budgets.
• Lead the project organization, defining roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee project execution for L1-L3 processing and packaging projects, ensuring quality and scope obligations are met.
• Implement risk management plans and drive productivity using global reusable solutions and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related engineering fields.
• Fluent French and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management leading technical teams and handling complex stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholders without formal authority.
• Competence in professional project management according to PMI standards.
• Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification.
• Strong computer skills, specifically proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets.
