What you will do

• Support and facilitate client campaigns from the initial brief through to final evaluation.
• Coordinate the execution of media campaigns, maintaining an overview of deliveries, deadlines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues, activation specialists, clients, and creative agencies to ensure smooth workflows.
• Create and deliver technical specifications to clients or creative agencies.
• Lead communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong motivation for process management and maintaining structure.
• Experience or understanding of campaign flow, ideally within an agency setting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Eagerness to develop project management skills and master coordination tools.
