What you will do

• Lead detailed design efforts for analog, digital, mixed-signal, power management, sensing, and RF systems.
• Manage electronics design activities from concept and schematic design through PCB layout, prototyping, and production support.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, optical, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver fully integrated products.
• Mentor junior designers and develop a strong internal electronics project design team.
• Contribute to system-level electronic architecture, component selection, and strategic technical roadmaps.
• Ensure all electronic designs meet regulatory standards including EMC, EMI, FCC, CE, and UL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electronics design.
• 3–5 years in a senior or lead engineering role, including project leadership.
• Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, high-speed design, and power management.
• Experience with schematic and layout tools, as well as RF and Signal/Power integrity simulation.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and drive complex hardware from concept to mass production.
