What you will do

• Develop and manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems for a high-performance workplace.
• Serve as the primary contact for local Finnish regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Maintain and improve safety-critical systems, including fire protection and emergency systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead internal and external EHS audits and track safety KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to embed safety into daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in EHS/OHS roles within industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish and EU health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Fluency in Finnish and English (minimum CEFR B2 level).
• Ability to work on-site in Mäntsälä.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with international organizations.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Experience with audits and regulatory inspections.
