What you will do

• Provide architectural guidance and conduct design and code reviews for the development squad.
• Champion the implementation of CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-default engineering practices.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical craftsmanship and continuous learning.
• Partner with Product and Project Managers to ensure effective engineering execution and delivery.
• Maintain team playbooks and collaborate with line managers on staffing and growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading junior-heavy engineering teams.
• Strong fundamentals in system design and architecture.
• Proficiency in modern backend and frontend technology stacks.
• Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
