What you will do

• Establish Manila as a center of excellence for product definition and system applications engineering.
• Develop deep technical capabilities in power electronics and system-level architecture across the site.
• Lead and mentor local leaders, building a strong leadership bench and succession plan.
• Manage matrix integration between local teams, Business Units, and global IC design teams.
• Drive operational excellence in product definition cycles and design-in readiness.
• Serve as the primary interface to global leadership regarding site performance and resource needs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience with 10+ years in leading and developing technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong background in product definition, system engineering, and applications engineering within power electronics.
• Proven experience operating within a matrixed global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to scale organizations and improve execution discipline.
• Strong system-level thinking and customer orientation.
