What you will do

• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline the software development lifecycle to improve release reliability.
• Analyze engineering workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Design and implement CI/CD best practices and optimize code review processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional pods to build high-quality, scalable products.
• Create technical documentation, guidelines, and onboarding programs for new engineers.
• Mentor other engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in writing production-ready software for platforms with multiple services.
• Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on documentation and asynchronous communication.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• DevOps or SRE experience.
• Proficiency in Golang and Ruby in a production environment.
• Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team.
