PSP Partnership Manager (Offshore Payments)
Role Mission

In the offshore Fintech space, payment stability is the ultimate competitive advantage. Your mission
is to build, scale, and protect a global payment infrastructure for an offshore-licensed entity.

You will
navigate a complex landscape of de-risking, evolving scheme rules, and banking barriers to ensure
clients can move funds seamlessly, 24/7. You are the architect of a redundant, 'unstoppable'
payment and treasury flow.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Offshore Infrastructure
Global Network Sourcing: Identify, vet, and onboard PSPs, card acquirers, and EMIs with a strong
appetite for offshore-licensed businesses. Entity Architecture: Support the use of payment agents
or regulated intermediaries to bridge offshore structures. Banking & Settlements: Maintain reliable
settlement corridors and liquidity flows.

2. Payment Performance & Optimization
Local Payment Methods (LPMs): Expand coverage via bank transfers, e-wallets, and instant
schemes across emerging markets. Crypto-Fiat Rails: Enable crypto on/off-ramps (USDT/USDC)
as alternative rails. Intelligent Routing: Work with orchestration systems to ensure failover and
cascading performance.

3. Risk Defense & Relationship Management
PSP & Acquirer Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for partners, managing performance
and expectations. Chargeback & Fraud Control: Monitor KPIs and support fraud prevention
strategies. KYB & Compliance: Coordinate documentation and onboarding processes with partners.

Requirements
4+ years experience in PSP partnerships, payments, or treasury within high-risk industries (Fintech,
iGaming, Crypto). Experience with offshore regulatory environments. Exposure to high transaction
volumes and multiple payment providers. Strong understanding of global payments ecosystem and
de-risking challenges
