What you will do

• Install and organize lighting equipment such as Fresnels, LED panels, and HMIs on set.
• Manage and maintain lighting cables and DMX connections, including labeling and coiling.
• Adjust and focus lighting setups during rehearsals and recordings.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical faults in lighting systems.
• Support inventory management and organization of lighting gear.
• Follow strict safety protocols and communication procedures on set.

Requirements

• Professional knowledge of lighting systems for film, TV, or events.
• Experience assembling and disassembling technical equipment.
• Intermediate English level (B1) to communicate with international teams.
• Physical capacity to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to function effectively in high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• Technical training in audiovisuals, electricity, or electronics.
• Knowledge of DMX signal control and light metering.
• Understanding of basic cinematography concepts.
