What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels including calls, live chat, and emails.
- Adhere to rigorous luxury communication standards and operational SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction targets and protect passengers' time.
- Prioritize and escalate customer feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
Requirements
- Must be located in Dubai and able to work in-office.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and French.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury service industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
- Technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
