What you will do
- Manage research projects end-to-end from initiation to final reporting with manager support.
- Develop detailed questionnaires and coordinate project execution.
- Collaborate with the Analytics Team to conduct data analyses.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through effective project delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports to drive client business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in quantitative or qualitative research project management.
- Fluent English and Russian; Kazakh language skills are an added value.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Nice to have
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- Prior experience in shopper research.
- Proficiency in SPSS.
