What you will do

• Manage the production of video and graphic creatives within the in-house team.
• Plan daily workflows and coordinate communication between editors, graphic designers, and campaign teams.
• Organize all necessary materials for production and handle assets in 25+ languages.
• Communicate directly with movie studios and translation agencies.
• Support editorial concepts and ideas for creative campaigns.
• Perform quality checks on all produced creatives under your delegation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a producer for television or online media outlets.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Deep knowledge of production processes, formats, and social media rules.
• Passion for and deep knowledge of movies and series.
• Ability to handle sensitive materials and work under time pressure.
