DUV Equipment Instructor (Semiconductor Lithography)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan. Onsite training takes place in classroom, laboratory, and cleanroom environments. The role follows a 4-days-on / 3-days-off schedule with 10 working hours per day, including day shifts from 07:00–18:00 and evening/night shifts from 16:00–03:00 when required. International and domestic travel is required, primarily to Korea, China, and the United States, averaging approximately two weeks per quarter.

What you will do

• Deliver technical training on DUV lithography equipment for Customer Support engineers and selected customer engineers.
• Develop, review, and improve blended learning programs using instructor-led, web-based, and case-based learning.
• Create animations and technical reference materials for equipment training.
• Maintain training machines, tools, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable training conditions.
• Collaborate with Development & Engineering and Customer Support teams to align training content with system updates and field needs.
• Support international training delivery and cross-site global training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience delivering technical training, transferring knowledge, or providing structured technical instruction.
• Strong interest and aptitude in teaching, coaching, and developing others.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based operating model and travel as required.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or Customer Support.
• Experience with lithography equipment, especially DUV systems.
• Background in instructional design, didactics, or adult learning methodologies.
• Experience in classroom, laboratory, or cleanroom environments.
• Experience working in global or cross-cultural environments.
