What you will do

• Deliver technical training sessions on DUV lithography equipment for Customer Support and customer engineers.
• Develop and continuously improve training programs using Instructor-Led (ILT), Web-Based (WBT), and Case-Based (CBL) learning.
• Maintain training machines, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and effective training conditions.
• Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Development & Engineering and Customer Support teams to keep content aligned with system updates.
• Support global training initiatives and international training delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical training delivery or structured technical instruction.
• English: Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Location: Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan.
• Schedule: Willingness to work in a shift-based operating model (4-days-on / 3-days-off).
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%, primarily to Korea, China, and USA).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Background in lithography equipment, specifically DUV experience.
• Experience with instructional design or adult learning methodologies.
• Comfort working in classroom, laboratory, and cleanroom environments.
