Technical Training - PDC Application (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Deliver specialized and customized technical training at internal facilities and customer sites, including classroom and laboratory activities.
• Maintain product knowledge, develop course materials, manage certifications, and establish new certification requirements.
• Create and improve technical documentation, procedures, best-known methods, and instructional materials.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for system repairs, training-system functionality, safety retrofits, and first-chamber builds.
• Support engineering, manufacturing, GPS, and business units with documentation, ECO reviews, product updates, and new-product testing.
• Coach and mentor instructors, manage projects, direct project members, and address customer training needs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Process Support Engineer or in a Process Diagnostic Center environment is highly preferred.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Ability to solve complex problems, analyze multiple information sources, and apply sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive technical information and build consensus.
• Availability for domestic and international travel, including occasional off-shift and weekend training.
