What you will do

• Implement, develop, and support management systems such as ISMS and QMS.
• Research, implement, and support privacy requirements, including GDPR.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits to identify risks, non-compliance, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct regular risk assessments.
• Develop and manage compliance training programs and automate compliance processes.

Requirements

• IT background or experience in the IT industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27000, ISO 9001, and EU GDPR.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in passing external certifications and strong document management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced analytical research skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS and/or Turborepo.
• Familiarity with monorepo environments (pnpm or similar).
• AWS expertise.
