What you will do

• Develop application test plans and test cases based on technical specifications from Product and Technology teams.
• Conduct quality assurance, functional, stress, performance, and scalability testing for new and existing solutions.
• Assess application security controls and ensure strict adherence to data integrity standards.
• Review project objectives to propose and test modifications for improving application performance.
• Maintain detailed records of application changes and generate bug reports for support teams.
• Prepare reference documents and operating guides for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing within a product development or analytics organization.
• Proficiency with web application testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with test management tools including JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or QC.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies in an AI service or analytics environment.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Nice to have

• Programming ability in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with big data and AI technologies such as SQL jobs, Spark, or ElasticSearch.
• Knowledge of Tech-ops tools including Kubernetes, Docker, Shell, and cloud services.
