DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Maintaining and improving reliable, observable production infrastructure for high-load iGaming products with an accent on cloud operations, infrastructure automation, and deployment reliability. Focus on managing AWS ECS Fargate and EKS clusters, resolving complex production incidents, and optimizing scalability, security, and infrastructure costs.

Location: Ukraine; remote work is available, with options to work from Kyiv, Tbilisi, Manila, or London.

What you will do

• Maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of production infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, including ECS Fargate, EKS, and related services.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes.
• Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards to strengthen observability.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams on reliability and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, ECS Fargate, Linux, and Docker.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, load balancers, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
• Intermediate+ English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault, ArgoCD, FluxCD, or GitOps workflows.
• Experience administering PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of SRE principles, security practices, and compliance standards.
• Experience with high-load production environments, GCP, or Hetzner.
• AWS or Kubernetes certifications.
