What you will do

• Develop and configure software features based on design documents and enterprise software standards.
• Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts using waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Plan and perform unit and functionality testing to ensure alignment with design.
• Provide technical support to customers by resolving complex functionality problems.
• Interface independently with R&D, Professional Services groups, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with practical relevant experience.
• Proven experience operating within global and complex matrix environments.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and application servers such as WebSphere, Tomcat, or Weblogic.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and data warehousing (ETL, OLAP).
• English: High level of verbal and written proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
