What you will do

• Design and implement multimodal agentic AI architectures, including perception, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Build and optimize multimodal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and internal knowledge sources.
• Perform fine-tuning and adaptation of LLMs and multimodal models using SFT and PEFT methods like LoRA.
• Develop internal agent frameworks and orchestration layers for multimodal-model-driven workflows.
• Productionize AI systems while balancing model capability, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI Software Engineers, Research Scientists, and DevOps teams throughout the system lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals (API design, modular architecture).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal foundation models.
• Practical experience with agent and RAG frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of AI deployment and MLOps workflows on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Must be based in the Singapore office.

Nice to have

• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) techniques such as LoRA or QLoRA.
• Expertise with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Strong understanding of multimodal prompt engineering and retrieval strategies.
