What you will do

• Work with large-scale multilingual corpora across text, audio, and image modalities.
• Build high-quality datasets for continual pre-training, post-training (SFT, RLHF, DPO), and benchmark evaluation.
• Contribute to the training and scaling of multilingual LLMs from pre-training to alignment.
• Implement state-of-the-art research for efficient and scalable AI operations.
• Develop and improve safety alignment and guardrail systems for culturally appropriate model behavior.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy production-grade LLM-powered solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or voice.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Practical experience deploying deep learning models in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Alicloud, GCP, or AWS.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
