What you will do

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new game interfaces.
• Evaluate and iterate on existing UIs directly in-game to optimize the player experience.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, UI artists, sound designers, and programmers.
• Handle the hands-on implementation of designs within the UI pipeline.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders across various disciplines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, preferably within the games industry.
• Proven experience shipping a game title or completing a full Beta development phase.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong skills in wireframing and interaction documentation.
• Required knowledge of frontend markup or programming languages.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of XAML or C++.
• Experience with the Noesis UI framework.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• A genuine passion for grand strategy, 4X, tactical, or RTS games.
• Degree in UX, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
