What you will do

• Verify battery packs' functionality and performance to ensure fulfillment of safety and functional requirements.
• Prepare and manage rig environments for comprehensive battery testing.
• Increase automation of testing procedures to optimize verification workflows.
• Develop new test methods and requirements within the ESS verification area.
• Plan, perform, and report on verification deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with international development teams and suppliers in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Power Electronics, Electrical and Electronics, or a similar relevant field.
• At least 10 years of system testing experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in battery development and/or testing of battery packs or modules.
• Proficiency with Python, Matlab, and Vector Tools.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills for working in international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial vehicle or automotive product development.
• Hands-on experience with battery testing in vehicle environments.
• Experience in specific testing environments for battery packs.
• Truck driving license.
