TL;DR

Data Scientist (AI/ML): Designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions, including agentic systems and statistical modelling, with an accent on AI roadmap execution and business outcomes. Focus on building end-to-end ML pipelines using modern frameworks like Pytorch and LangChain to drive tangible business impact.

Location: Hybrid (NSW, Australia) - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, spanning from exploratory analysis and statistical modelling to machine learning and Agentic systems.
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of the enterprise AI roadmap to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business users and partners to develop and test data-driven outcomes.
  • Champion Data Science practices and support the implementation of innovative ML solutions within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Science, or IT).
  • 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics, ML/AI, deep learning, or STEM with practical solution development experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP and/or Azure).
  • Expertise in modern techniques (Deep Learning, Transformers) and frameworks (Pytorch, PySpark, LangChain, PyDantic AI, ADK).
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions both independently and in cross-functional teams.
