What you will do

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, AR/AP, and general ledger management.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and payroll calculations.
• Ensure full tax compliance and submit statutory reports to the Cabinet of Taxpayer, Astana Hub, National Bank, and National Statistics.
• Handle capitalization of payroll and direct overheads to IP rights and manage CAPEX structures across IT and Administrative groups.
• Develop and maintain the Company Accounting Policy and identify efficiency metrics for digitization.
• Ensure strict compliance with Astana Hub requirements through structured reporting and control points.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with 1C Accounting and 1C ZUP.
• Practical experience using the Cabinet of Taxpayer and preparing Kazakhstan tax forms.
• Deep understanding of local tax legislation and accounting regulations.
• Professional working proficiency in Russian, Kazakh, and English.
• Must be based in Almaty for an on-site role.
