What you will do

  • Respond to user questions quickly, clearly, and accurately.
  • Solve product-related issues and guide users through steps with empathy.
  • Identify bugs, edge cases, or refund requests and escalate them via established workflows.
  • Use automation tools and internal policies to ensure fast response times.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in every interaction.

Requirements

  • English: Excellent written English (C1) required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, moderation, or live chat.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Fast learner capable of quickly mastering new tools and workflows.
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Location: Preferably based in Almaty or able to work remotely.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-related products.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, or other support systems.
  • Basic understanding of billing and payment platforms like Stripe or Paddle.
  • Previous experience working in a high-speed startup environment.
