Location: Preferably on-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan (remote possible)

What you will do
- Respond to user questions quickly, clearly, and accurately.
- Solve product-related issues and guide users through steps with empathy.
- Identify bugs, edge cases, or refund requests and escalate them via established workflows.
- Use automation tools and internal policies to ensure fast response times.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in every interaction.
Requirements
- English: Excellent written English (C1) required.
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, moderation, or live chat.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Fast learner capable of quickly mastering new tools and workflows.
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Location: Preferably based in Almaty or able to work remotely.
Nice to have
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-related products.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, or other support systems.
- Basic understanding of billing and payment platforms like Stripe or Paddle.
- Previous experience working in a high-speed startup environment.
