What you will do

• Manage stock and inventory, tracking product movement and verifying levels.
• Support monthly ordering by providing consumption predictions based on department needs.
• Oversee scheduling, approve shift swaps, and track attendance reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards through regular studio checks.
• Coordinate training, administer quizzes, and support onboarding workshops for new staff.
• Provide feedback on team performance and report departmental concerns to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, scheduling, or administrative roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work 8-9 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities.
