What you will do
- Manage approximately 125 customer contacts per week across various support channels.
- Provide proactive assistance and personalized solutions to ensure practitioner and patient success.
- Collaborate with lab representatives and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain high quality standards, including CSAT and QA scores above 90%.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and report bugs to the appropriate technical teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Ottawa, ON to allow for occasional in-person collaboration.
- Flexible to work every 4th weekend.
- Strong self-management and time-management skills to handle tasks independently.
- Ability to research and navigate internal/external resources before escalating issues.
- Professional communication skills and high attention to detail.
