Location: Must be living in or near Ottawa, ON (Hybrid)

Salary: $44,000 - $52,000 a year

What you will do

  • Manage approximately 125 customer contacts per week across various support channels.
  • Provide proactive assistance and personalized solutions to ensure practitioner and patient success.
  • Collaborate with lab representatives and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain high quality standards, including CSAT and QA scores above 90%.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and report bugs to the appropriate technical teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Ottawa, ON to allow for occasional in-person collaboration.
  • Flexible to work every 4th weekend.
  • Strong self-management and time-management skills to handle tasks independently.
  • Ability to research and navigate internal/external resources before escalating issues.
  • Professional communication skills and high attention to detail.
