What you will do

• Design, architect, and review information systems to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot application architecture within cloud environments.
• Manage complex architectures and integrate heterogeneous systems and technologies.
• Develop architecture components and building blocks across both back-end and front-end layers.
• Perform data analysis, data modelling, and system integration analysis.
• Coordinate technical implementation across development teams and act as the technical interface for project leaders.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience with middleware systems such as WebLogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus, and JEE containers.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms including Java Message Service (JMS) and Apache Kafka.
• Solid expertise in JEE-based application development and enterprise integration.
• English and French proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Angular and eUI for front-end development.
• Familiarity with Akoma Ntoso XML standard for structured legislative and judiciary documents.
