What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 7 production trainers in a 24/7 multi-shift environment.
- Ensure consistent training standards, content, and practices across all production shifts.
- Plan and coordinate trainer schedules to guarantee continuous training coverage.
- Oversee training execution, including classroom, practical, and on-the-job activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align training with operational requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness via KPIs and drive continuous improvement of materials.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or other GMP-regulated industries.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or people development.
- Solid understanding of GMP and quality/compliance requirements in manufacturing.
- Experience with on-the-job training, SOP-based training, and competency management.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
