Process Design Specialist (E-commerce): Designing, documenting, and improving end-to-end operational processes for the Harmed Member Experience team with an accent on operational efficiency, workflow automation, and gap identification. Focus on creating scalable workflows, collaborating with product teams on AB tests, and refining processes based on performance data.

Location: Hybrid (offices across Europe, HQ in Vilnius, Lithuania). 2 days in office are recommended.

Salary: €2,483 - €3,358 gross per month

What you will do

• Design, document, and refine end-to-end operational processes and workflows to ensure they are efficient and automation-ready.
• Identify operational gaps and create detailed implementation plans for process improvements.
• Establish workflows for process validation, testing, and post-test adjustments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product teams, and Knowledge Management to align processes with business goals.
• Monitor process performance using data and refine workflows based on feedback.
• Partner with product teams on AB tests to optimize operational solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process design, process improvement, or operations management.
• Proficiency with process mapping and design tools such as Lucidcharts or Visio.
• Ability to interpret operational data using metrics dashboards like Looker or EasyBI.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
