What you will do
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
- Execute backend, frontend, and end-to-end testing to validate complex user scenarios and edge cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers for timely resolution.
- Manage incidents by identifying risks and assisting in mitigation to maintain system reliability.
- Propose and implement QA best practices and tools to continuously improve the testing process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer focusing on manual testing of complex software.
- Essential experience in testing Windows desktop applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and hands-on experience with backend, frontend, and e2e testing.
- Excellent spoken and written English for communication with international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and proactivity.
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing or security testing.
- Experience with mobile testing.
