What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Execute backend, frontend, and end-to-end testing to validate complex user scenarios and edge cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers for timely resolution.
• Manage incidents by identifying risks and assisting in mitigation to maintain system reliability.
• Propose and implement QA best practices and tools to continuously improve the testing process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer focusing on manual testing of complex software.
• Essential experience in testing Windows desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and hands-on experience with backend, frontend, and e2e testing.
• Excellent spoken and written English for communication with international teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and proactivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing or security testing.
• Experience with mobile testing.
