What you will do

• Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects and edge cases.
• Own the investigation of complex customer issues through L3 support to drive root cause resolution.
• Validate third-party API integrations across testing and production environments.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
• Improve QA practices and elevate debugging and investigation standards.
• Support releases and ensure stable rollouts with active post-release follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong experience with manual testing and end-to-end validation.
• Experience in API testing and performing root cause analysis for customer issues.
• Strong debugging skills, including log analysis using tools like CloudWatch.
• Good understanding of networks, HTTP, APIs, and web/client architectures.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright (TypeScript).
• Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization.
