What you will do

• Produce end-to-end video tutorials using screen-recording and editing software for product functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Script and design engaging videos that simplify technical instructions for customers and support teams.
• Update and create new Knowledge Base content optimized for human and AI consumption with SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and align content with business goals.
• Analyze feedback, stats, and pain points to identify and improve self-service resources.
• Develop content strategies and stay updated on products to enhance discoverability and brand exposure.

Requirements

• Experience creating tutorial or instructional video content from planning to production.
• 1+ year in technical hosting/email environment or strong video/instructional content background.
• Proficiency in video tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or PowToon, plus script-to-video workflows.
• Strong writing skills for simplifying technical concepts into step-by-step scripts.
• Comfortable with short-form and long-form videos across platforms like YouTube/Vimeo.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, with project management skills for tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with YouTube structure and best practices.
• Motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
