What you will do

  • Assist travelers with new bookings, itinerary changes, disruptions, and complex requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage flight reservations, including special requests, ticket issuing, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to resolve user issues.
  • Cover dedicated night shifts from 10pm to 6am.
  • Stay current with evolving airline policies, travel regulations, and system changes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with Amadeus GDS.
  • Proven expertise in flight reservations, voluntary/involuntary changes, and ticketing.
  • Experience booking hotels, trains, buses, and rental cars.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian.
  • Experience working with Zendesk and LinkOnline.
