What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of end-to-end AI and Agentic AI architectures at enterprise scale.
• Define the Hub’s technical vision and translate strategic objectives into high-impact architectures.
• Ensure technical quality, scalability, and security are embedded into every AI solution.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers toward architectural excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the technological roadmap and align with global AI engineering best practices.
• Mentor technical talent and foster a culture of technical rigor and responsible AI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing large-scale AI/ML architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of implementing end-to-end AI ecosystems from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring.
• Expertise in major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure ML, Databricks).
• Deep knowledge of MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and RAG architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
• Experience with hybrid or federated architectures and LLM optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and edge AI deployments.
• Strong understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act).
