What you will do

• Own and maintain product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to business needs.
• Lead cross-functional project delivery as single point of accountability for quality and progress.
• Coordinate between internal engineering and external API/integration partners.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of issues, defects, and enhancements.
• Support partner onboarding including requirements gathering, testing, and go-live.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional sessions.
• Analyze logs and support tickets to diagnose and resolve issues with engineering.
• Deliver status reports, present to Change Advisory Board, and track progress across initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency with conversational fluency for US-based stakeholders
• 5+ years as Product Manager or Technical BA in digital product or software delivery.
• Strong Agile/Scrum fluency including backlog ownership, user stories, and ceremonies.
• Technical communication translating business to technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, error handling, and log review.
• Hands-on with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and issue management.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
