**Key Responsibilities ✔️Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions in the Oil & Gas sector ✔️Take ownership of financial models, valuation outputs, and transaction analysis, including review and sign-off ✔️Manage deal teams, providing clear guidance, quality control, and mentorship to Analysts and Associates ✔️Oversee execution across multiple live mandates, including timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with advisors and clients ✔️Ensure smooth execution of cross-border transactions, including regulatory and compliance aspects ✔️Represent the firm at the Board level in selected portfolio companies, contributing to strategic oversight and key decision-making
**Key Requirements ✔️6–8 years of relevant M&A experience within investment banking, Big 4, in-house M&A, or corporate development, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas ✔️Strong track record of executed transactions
Mandatory: candidates must provide a detailed list of completed deals, including transaction size, type, geography, and a clear description of their role and responsibilities ✔️Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including experience with sector-specific analysis ✔️Solid technical grounding in corporate finance and transaction structuring ✔️Experience managing teams and running multiple workstreams in parallel ✔️Degree in finance, economics, or engineering ✔️CFA or equivalent qualification is an advantage ✔️Full professional fluency in Russian and English
