What you will do

• Design and implement shift-left practices and tooling to support reliable release cycles in high-compliance and multi-region environments.
• Own and evolve technical components for provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of regional deployments.
• Develop application features across the stack using TypeScript and React Native to ensure consistent cross-region deployment.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Atmos to manage AWS GovCloud and other regional environments.
• Lead technical execution of complex initiatives in collaboration with engineering, security, compliance, and product stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and optimize distributed multi-region systems across infrastructure and application layers.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience including TypeScript, React Native, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid expertise with AWS and infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform and Atmos.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives spanning multiple systems or teams.
• Experience working in regulated or operationally sensitive environments with a high bar for reliability.
• Ability to balance deep technical contribution with clear communication and technical influence.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP or SOC2.
• Experience designing or operating multi-region or region-agnostic platforms.
• Experience maintaining parallel commercial and regulated deployments.
• Familiarity with incident response, change management, and audit-aligned operational processes.
