What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across ERP, finance, HR, and operational systems.
• Translate business requirements from Finance, IT, and People Tech into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor integration performance to ensure ≥99% reliability and proactively resolve incidents.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce manual effort across teams.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implemented workflows and integrations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, event-based systems, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proven experience integrating multiple systems, including ERPs, databases, or third-party services.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing root causes of integration issues and implementing fixes.
• English: Fluency in verbal and written communication is required.
• Ability to manage your own backlog and take full accountability for delivery outcomes.
