What you will do
- Analyze customer health, engagement, and outcome data to identify retention risks and expansion opportunities.
- Develop customer health frameworks, dashboards, and early-warning indicators for leadership.
- Map the end-to-end post-sale customer journey to identify value delivery and churn points.
- Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, and materials for the CEO and executive team for external strategic meetings.
- Drive specific strategic projects and workstreams, collaborating with Operations, Product, and Finance teams.
- Conduct research on oncology, clinical trials, and pharma services trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering).
- 1–3 years of full-time experience in management consulting, investment banking, or commercial operations at a high-growth company.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for interpreting retention and engagement metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with C-level executives in a fast-paced international environment.

- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or B2B SaaS customer success environments.
