What you will do

  • Analyze customer health, engagement, and outcome data to identify retention risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop customer health frameworks, dashboards, and early-warning indicators for leadership.
  • Map the end-to-end post-sale customer journey to identify value delivery and churn points.
  • Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, and materials for the CEO and executive team for external strategic meetings.
  • Drive specific strategic projects and workstreams, collaborating with Operations, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Conduct research on oncology, clinical trials, and pharma services trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering).
  • 1–3 years of full-time experience in management consulting, investment banking, or commercial operations at a high-growth company.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for interpreting retention and engagement metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with C-level executives in a fast-paced international environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or B2B SaaS customer success environments.
