🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (Angular + .NET)
🌍 Location — Hybrid (Wrocław, Poland) / Remote (EU, limited)

Are you a senior frontend expert with leadership experience and a passion for clean architecture? We’re looking for a Tech Lead to drive delivery, mentor teams, and build scalable enterprise applications in a collaborative international environment.



🛠 What You'll Be Working With

Frontend: Angular (Senior level)
Backend (nice to have): .NET
Methodologies: Agile · Scrum
Practices: Clean code · Design patterns · Code reviews
Collaboration: QA · UX · Cross-functional teams



📋 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Leading technical delivery and ensuring high code quality across applications
✅ Reviewing and approving Pull Requests (performance, maintainability, security)
✅ Driving architectural decisions and challenging assumptions
✅ Defining application scope with stakeholders
✅ Mentoring developers and supporting team growth
✅ Assigning tasks and coordinating team activities
✅ Identifying and mitigating technical risks early
✅ Facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros, demos)
✅ Collaborating with QA, UX, and other teams for end-to-end delivery
✅ Communicating progress with stakeholders and leadership



🎯 What We're Looking For

Senior-level experience with Angular
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of clean code, architecture, and design patterns
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1)
Strong ownership mindset and accountability

Full-stack experience with .NET
Experience with enterprise-scale applications
Exposure to energy, utilities, or industrial domains
Experience working with international clients
