What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical implementation and delivery of hirify.global's IGA solutions, from design to deployment.
• Manage technical and non-technical communications with customer and partner stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership through solution analysis, recommendations, and industry trend monitoring.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, assisting with strategic roadmaps and best practices.
• Drive innovation by exploring new design principles and methodologies to improve solutions.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be resident in Japan with a work permit.
• Japanese language proficiency is required.
• Adequate English verbal and written communication skills.
• 10-12+ years of experience in leading and managing complex IGA implementations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Java/J2EE, REST & SOAP web services, Unix/Linux, and Shell Scripting.
• Expertise in standard identity systems (LDAP, Active Directory) and protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms like SAP, ERP, Workday, or ServiceNow.
